Aya Aso, CPA, is the CEO & President, of Agora Hospitalities Co., Ltd. She manages ‘the b roppongi’ hotel brand and the ‘Kotoran’ Spa brand in Japan. She has been with the organisation since 2007.

Aya has a well established career in the hospitality industry, with prior experience at ISHIN HOTELS GROUP, as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Her career began at the Sheraton Grande Los Angeles, from which she moved to the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel as Marketing Manager. Returning to her roots, she later joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Japan Group, and then PricewaterhouseCoopers BPO Japan K.K., after which she took on the role of Executive Director of Operations at Space Design Inc.

Ayo graduated from the University of Southern California (USA), with a Bachelor of Music, Piano Performance. She is presently studying at the University of Wales (UK), where she is a candidate for the Master of Business Administration degree.
