Como Metropolitan Singapore has integrated SleepHub, a sleep system developed by UK-based Cambridge Sleep Sciences, across all 156 of its rooms and suites, timed to coincide with World Sleep Day on 13 March. The technology uses low-frequency sound waves to guide the brain into slow-wave sleep, targeting faster sleep onset, fewer nighttime awakenings, and improved morning alertness. The initiative fits within the hotel’s wider wellness offering, which spans yoga, Pilates, fitness, and food. Guests can also book the Sleep Dreams package, a two-night stay that includes an online sleep survey from The ENT, Voice, and Snoring Clinic, among other sleep-centric and wellness features.
Sabre has completed a multiyear overhaul of its technology stack, emerging with a cloud-native platform called Sabre Mosaic. Built on Google Gemini and backed by over 50 petabytes of travel data in its Travel Data Cloud, the platform is designed for agentic workflows, meaning systems that can plan, execute, and adapt autonomously in real time. Sabre also launched agentic-ready APIs and a proprietary Model Context Protocol (MCP) server last year, positioning itself as an early mover in autonomous travel operations. The rebrand, unveiled at ITB Berlin, signals an architectural shift toward Silicon Valley-style development velocity.
The company says the rebuild was completed without carrying forward legacy financial constraints, with improved debt management and an expanded engineering capacity accelerating its innovation cycles. Key partnerships with PayPal, Mindtrip, Biz Trip AI, and Virgin Australia (via a ChatGPT-integrated agentic chatbot) reflect early commercial momentum. Sabre is positioning Mosaic as open infrastructure, no vendor lock-in, for startups and enterprises alike, with enterprise-grade governance built into an “IQ Assurance Layer.”
Montreal-based Stay22 has secured a USD$122 million minority growth investment from Summit Partners to expand its AI-driven content monetization platform globally and into new verticals. The company connects travel creators, media publishers, and event organizers to OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, and Tripadvisor, helping convert audience engagement into booking revenue. In 2025, Stay22 processed over $1 billion in annual transactions and generated $80 million in GMV after expanding into retail. Its 5,500+ partners range from independent creators like Nomadic Matt to publishers including Time Out and Lonely Planet. With the new funding, Stay22 plans to move beyond travel into retail verticals such as food, fashion, and consumer technology, while scaling its team, which has already tripled in headcount over two years, and deepening its global partner network. Summit’s Colin Mistele and Daniel Kim will join the board.

Auckland-based aviation compliance platform OneReg has reached a milestone in a historically male-dominated industry – women now make up 60% of its global workforce and 50% of its executive leadership team, including co-founder and CCO Carly Waddleton. The shift was driven by several recent female hires, including the company’s first-ever Middle East hire, who will lead its regional expansion there. The milestone is particularly interesting given that women represent just 6% of the broader global aviation workforce, one of the lowest rates of any major sector. OneReg, which helps airports and airlines manage safety and regulatory compliance, frames the shift not as a PR exercise but as a structural advantage, citing research that inclusive teams make better business decisions up to 87% of the time.
