Less than a week after announcing the purchase of a 50% stake in South Africa-based Mantis Group, AccorHotels has bought table reservation system ResDiary for an undisclosed sum.
Glasgow-based ResDiary, co-founded by Mike Conyers (also its CEO) in 2004, provides venues with a high-end table management solution using technology that optimises their food and beverage revenues, and helps control operational costs.
The company employs over 100 staff across six countries and is well established in the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the UK. Its software is used by more than 8,600 venues in 60 countries, seating 166 million diners a year.

Sébastien Bazin, AccorHotels chairman & CEO, said ResDiary’s acquisition completed the group’s recent investments in the food & beverage industry.
