Book Your 300 Seconds of Glory in WIT Bootcamp’s Start-Up Gallery
06/07/2011 by WiT

The WIT Bootcamp taking place on Oct 17 in Singapore, is looking for start-ups (from zero to two years old) who would like to present their business to our panel of investors and mentors in the Start-Up Gallery.

We are looking for breakthrough ideas and smart, savvy entrepreneurs in the digital travel space who would like the opportunity to highlight their company at our annual event focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Our panel of mentors includes serial entrepreneur Morten Lund, CEO of Everbread, who returns to WIT this year after his debut appearance in 2010; Yen-Lu Chow (pictured), Founder, Wholetree Ventures; Executive Director, BAF Spectrum; Director, Business Angel Network SEA; Stephan Ekbergh, CEO, Travelstart, South Africa; and Abrar Ahmad of Travel Capitalist Ventures US. More mentors will be added over the following months.

The Start-Up Gallery is open to anyone from anywhere who feels their ideas deserve to be heard and who want to get honest feedback from our panel of experts, all investors and successful entrepreneurs in their own right.

Remember this is not a competition, no prizes to be won – but as they say in the start-up world, the right advice and the right network is priceless. It’s a platform to get your business exposed to the people who count in the online travel space in the world.

To book your 300 Seconds of Glory, email your submission to: [email protected] by August 31 and tell us, in less than 300 words in total, why you deserve this slot. Your descriptive should include:

1.    Executive Summary
2.    About You
3.    One Unique Selling Proposition

You can also submit a 2-minute video, stating 3 reasons.

The WIT Bootcamp precedes the annual WIT Conference, which will be held Oct 18-19, at the same venue, Ballroom 2, Suntec Convention Centre.

We will select based on the creativity of your submissions and soundness of your business idea. Our decision will be final.
