To celebrate its fourth anniversary Singapore-based short-term rental site, Roomorama, launched a free mobile app and instant booking service, as well as formed strategic partnerships with Wego and Airizu to enhance benefits for its users.

The app, for both iOS and Android devices, allows users to book an apartment or home on-the-go. With a unique “take me home” GPS feature the app saves rental destinations, so users can always have it handy to navigate home or to ask for directions. The free app is downloadable from the Apple App Store from early February, while the Android app follows in April.

Roomorama’s instant booking service replicates the hotel online booking process, which most travellers are familiar with. Booking an apartment or home on its website is now as seamless as booking a hotel room. This feature is available in February.

The collaboration with online travel search engine, Wego, sees Roomorama’s listings made available on the website’s holidays rental page.

The teaming up with Airizu, China’s largest short-term rental site for domestic listings, gives Roomorama’s guests a more extensive accommodation options. This partnership is based on a shared listing basis with Roomorama integrating its China properties on the site, and Airizu listing some of Roomorama’s international properties on its site.

“This is a key milestone for Roomorama as we are able to empower users with the fastest and most seamless way to book professionally managed short-term accommodations worldwide”, said co-founder and COO Jia En Teo.
