One immediate bit of good news is that governments here are generous!

He also talked about some of the unique and quirky aspects to the region – Indonesia, for example, where Mozilla is the top browser and the Blackberry is very popular.

Gwendolyn Regina Tan Co-Founder & CEO, Triple Point then talked about how she has helped entrepreneurs and start-ups with their business.  Helping them, for example, really understand who their competitors are and help them understand what risks there might be.

She talked about how she helps people to focus on their core idea – a theme that has been recurrent since Morten Lund first talked about it in this morning’s first session.

Great to see the enthusiasm from these young and driven folks in Singapore.  Bottom line: it doesn’t get much better than Singapore and the region if you want to be supported as an entrepreneur.  As Morten Lund alluded to this morning, we like to reward people for coming first here – not like in Denmark where everyone gets a gold medal just for taking part!
