AirAsia MOVE, in collaboration with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), has announced a strategic partnership aimed at integrating fintech ancillaries into AirAsia MOVE’s digital channels. This initiative is set to provide travellers with increased flexibility and options when booking their trips.
HTS, the B2B division of the global travel platform Hopper, specialises in leveraging data to offer transparency, flexibility, and savings to travellers worldwide. Through this partnership, AirAsia MOVE will introduce Cancel for Any Reason later this year, powered by HTS, enabling travellers to add refundability to non-refundable fares booked through the AirAsia MOVE app and website.
By leveraging HTS’s experience in fintech ancillaries, AirAsia MOVE aims to enhance its offering and provide customers with a more personalised booking experience.

AirAsia MOVE, formerly known as airasia Superapp, is a key online travel agent (OTA) that services travelers across ASEAN and beyond, servicing over 15 million active users per month. The platform has also launched several first-to-market products like ‘Fast Pass’ and other flight and hotel ancillaries to address gaps in the market.
