Lunar Logic Polska’s expertise in web development and internet applications will help eRevMax to expand RateTiger into offering development services to hotels and business partners.

“Our new digital team will provide hotels with the complete 360 degrees of bookings (OTA, GDS, PMS, Digital Marketing) as well as ensure tools remain innovative to better service customers. We are offering truly tailored SaaS based solutions for the industry.”

Lunar Logic Polska, founded in 2004, has rapidly become Poland’s first, largest and most experienced Ruby on Rails development team serving clients including web design agencies, web entrepreneurs, start-ups, multinational
corporations and NGOs.

Lunar Logic Polska is the second purchase following SimpleDistribution in summer 2009. eRevMax remains on an acquisition route exploring further opportunities for optimizing channel management technology
to help hotels with distribution.

Lunar Logic Polska will become part of the eRevMax Group but will continue to operate as an independent entity. The terms of the transaction have not been made public and the existing Lunar Logic Polska team will remain in place.
