Backpackers can’t be cheated anymore, new guide promises

Publishing portal for travel guides, GuideGecko, has made backpacking much easier with the release of its free Backpackers Cheatsheets.

Each Cheatsheet is a whole guidebook packed into a double-sided print and covers everything a backpacker needs to know. It also suggests where to go, how to get there, where to sleep, what to see and do, and everything else the travelling nomad needs to know.

Even the Cheatsheet’s font-size is optimised for the young backpacking crowd, said Dr. Daniel Quadt, chief backpacker at GuideGecko.com.

“While every traveller researches his own trip, 95% end up on the same itinerary. Our Cheatsheets save you time, while giving you options to explore along the way”, he added.

The first batch of official Backpacker Cheatsheets covers Thailand and Bali as well as Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam and Burma/Myanmar. The popular backpacking destinations of Australia and New Zealand are also included.

For the more adventurous, there is a four to six weeks itinerary for Indonesia from Jakarta to Kelimutu

GuideGecko plans to release more Cheatsheets for South America and other destinations in the coming weeks.

The company welcomes updates from backpackers to keep the Cheatsheets up to date.
