Asiatravel.com Holdings Ltd (“Asiatravel”) today announced its travel agency on wheels service model branded as Roadundee!
It will be the first travel agency on wheels model in Singapore and most likely in Asia Pacific too. The first pilot vehicle will take to the roads in November 2014.
Each Roadundee will consist of a 3-person team who can consult travellers from all walks of life and meet their needs, be it for an individual or as a group travel.
Roadundee will be equipped with state of the art systems that host over 500 airlines, 500,000 hotels & resorts worldwide, self-drive cars in over 6,000 cities, and over a million travel products including packages, tours, attraction e-tickets, transfers and other travel activities.
Every product will be available on instant confirmation with the most current pricing thus saving invaluable time for the customer. Travellers from Singapore can also opt for its interest free instalment payment for up to 12 months on the spot.

Executive Chairman and CEO of Asiatravel, Boh Tuang Poh said: “Travel is a very unique business that requires different forms of interaction with customers. As we have built the necessary systems for flight, hotels, tours and packaging and are directly connected to a global inventory, it is timely to introduce them into the markets using different touch points and service concepts.

Asiatravel intends to launch Roadundee in Singapore together with major launch partners from the tourism boards, airlines, hotels and car companies. It will then take onto the roads of countries in the region from 2015 onwards.
