Value Alliance ups ante on website, promises “seamless experience”

The world’s first pan-regional Low Cost Carrier alliance has announced a new website, powered by Air Black Box technology, that enables cross-airline booking for connecting flights. It also features ancillary products offered by its members.

It claims to offer a “seamless booking experience in a single customer touch-point”.

In another first, the alliance now offers complimentary flight re-accommodation and hotel accommodation or compensation of up to US$500 for missed flight connections arising from schedule disruptions.

“While passengers can search and book flights on our individual websites, including the pre-purchase of ancillary services like baggage and meals, the new Value Alliance website is a great one-stop shop that enables a full view of more destinations…This will not only give our customers access to the best deals, but will also allow them to enjoy ease of booking paired with seamless connectivity,” said Michael Szucs (pictured right), chairman of Value Alliance and Chief Executive Advisor of Cebu Pacific.

It will roll out a series of campaigns on its website between May and July 2018.

The alliance, established two years ago, comprises eight airlines including Cebu Pacific and its subsidiary Cebgo, Jeju Air, Nok Air, NokScoot, Vanilla Air, Tigerair Australia, and Scoot.
