BUSINESS travel management platform, CWT, has unveiled plans for its $100 million investment in the myCWT travel management platform and innovative product offering.
CWT said the 2022 investment plans “hinged around people, platform and purpose themes”, optimising its digital-first proposition and providing integrated solutions for companies and their travelling employees to have seamless experiences in the evolving travel landscape.

In December last year, CWT announced several new features to its myCWT platform for its customers globally that include flight seat selection, hotel office location search and enhanced trip disruption customer support. On the back of these initiatives, the company’s new investment plan in Q1 2022 includes the introduction of carbon footprint indicators. “Thereafter CWT has an ambitious calendar and cadence of new capabilities, set for delivery throughout the rest of year,” it added.
John Pelant, EVP and chief technology officer, said the new investment plans gave the company “the opportunity to accelerate platform development and innovation, while continuing to deliver the most advanced digital products and experience available in corporate travel today.”
