According to global travel media startup Trip101, which curates and recommends vacation rentals and hotels, Asian vacation rentals have experienced an 84% surge in bookings from 2022 to 2023 on its booking platform. Moreover, longer stays have become the new norm, with an average length of stay increasing by 20% compared to pre-pandemic times.
Its data over the past four years paints a compelling picture of the growing popularity of vacation rentals in Asian countries, with this surge projected to continue in the foreseeable future.
